The purpose of this organization is to increase the retention and graduation rates of our minority males at the University of Missouri- Kansas City & to educate our males on critical issues important to them. This organization will seek to promote awareness and understanding of those issues on campus through mentorship, becoming good role models, conducting educational workshops and activities, and community involvement.

Sister Circle is a network of women of color striving for academic, professional, and personal excellence. We seek to promote education, service, health, mentoring, and mutual empowerment amongst the university, community and in our own lives. Sister Circle will create opportunities for its members and others though building relationships with women from all walks of life while gaining the tools we need to influence our success.
