Lead Roo is UMKC Office of Student Involvement's premier student leaderships program. 

This Micro Leadership Conference is a student-focused leadership development experience designed to equip emerging student leaders with practical skills they can apply to their college experiences within their organizations, communities and future careers. This year’s conference will center on building inclusive, adaptive, collaborative and service-oriented leaders who are prepared to navigate change and lead with purpose.
