Got a great idea for a business? Wondering how to take your side hustle to the next level?

You're not alone! In this session, we'll discuss the basics of starting your own business. Presenters will discuss defining your early strategy, identifying your target audience, ideas for marketing your business, and important considerations for taxes. We'll also share information about the many resources available to UMKC and Kansas City entrepreneurs!

Snacks and drinks will be provided, we encourage students to bring their main dish.
